How it all began – our story
It all began in 1952 with a shop in South Kensington … Rolf Biller later took on the Bonne Bouche shop in the mid-Sixties baking traditional bread and crafting delectable cakes on site. With the experience, skills and traditional recipes gained from many years working as a master baker and patissier in Germany and Switzerland and with a flair for developing new pastries and gateaux, Rolf grew the business. A dedicated bakery was set up in Fulham, and further shops were opened in West London and the wholesale business expanded.
Our high quality patisserie cakes and pastries have been supplied to top stores and restaurants such as Harrods, The Ivy & Le Caprice, Peter Jones and Royal Opera House, as well as to businesses for corporate events, and to numerous cafes across London and the South East.
Products are handmade by a loyal staff team at the Perivale bakery with new cakes and pastries continuing to be developed.
Fabulous patisserie goods for wholesale and great coffee shops
Thousands of cakes, pastries, biscuits and other baked goods are lovingly handmade at our Perivale bakery every week. We take orders for cafes and restaurants for wholesale and can deliver direct across London and the South East.
We also have several friendly, very reasonably priced coffee shops across London – do drop in for breakfast, lunch, coffees and a huge choice of cakes, biscuits and treats – either to eat in or take away.
